- U-KNOW VectorAI across all integrated storage systems and data sources for the use of text-based LLM queries
- Information security-compliant use of LLMs
U-KNOW User License CalcAI
25.00 € per user per month - excl. VAT
Features same as U-KNOW User License VectorAI, plus:
- U-KNOW CalcAI across all integrated storage systems and data sources for the use of text-based LLM queries and complex queries, calculations, and outputs on large amounts of data in tabular form
- Individual output formats on request
U-KNOW API License
50.00 € per license per month - excl. VAT
Features:
- Integration of U-KNOW functions via API
- Examples: n8n or Power Automate workflows, AgenticAI orchestration, Teams chatbots, etc.
- Up to 1,000 API calls when using U-KNOW functions via API
- Billing per 1,000 API calls (or part thereof)

Depending on the LLM provider used and its models, different fees may apply.
The usage volume is provided by U-KNOW and is determined by indexing and user usage.
The standard LLM provider prices are charged plus a handling fee based on the utilization of data center resources.
If the partner or customer uses their own language model connections or chooses a hybrid or on-premises version, lower or no usage fees for token usage are charged by U-KNOW.
Prices for hybrid and on-premises versions are offered individually after consultation.
